Gauge 24 is provided free of charge by Sleeping Giant Marketing Services Private Limited. By installing or using the app you agree to these terms.

Use. Use Gauge 24 for personal focus, timing and alarms. Don't reverse engineer, resell or try to break the app.

Your content. Any sound you import stays on your device and remains yours. You are responsible for having the right to use it.

No warranty. The app is provided as is. Alarms and notifications depend on your phone's settings, battery management and Do Not Disturb, and may be delayed or muted. Don't rely on Gauge 24 alone for anything where a missed alarm would cause harm.

Limitation. To the extent allowed by law, Sleeping Giant Marketing Services Private Limited is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the app.

Changes. We may update these terms; the current version is always at this page.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of India. [Requires legal review before publishing.]
